How often should windows be cleaned?
Most businesses choose a clean every four to eight weeks, while entrances and busier areas often benefit from a more frequent visit. We’ll look at your building and recommend a routine during your free quote.
Do you clean the inside of the windows as well as the outside?
Yes, we can clean both sides of your glass. Many clients book exterior cleans on a regular cycle and add interior cleans alongside their usual cleaning, so we’ll tailor the service to your building.
Does bad weather affect the clean?
We plan our rounds with the weather in mind. If conditions aren’t suitable for a proper finish, we’ll let you know and rearrange the visit rather than leave you with a poor result.
Do you clean frames and sills too?
Yes. We wipe down frames, sills, and ledges as part of the clean, so dust and run-off don’t end up back on freshly cleaned glass.
Do we need to be there while you clean?
For exterior glass, often not, as long as we can reach the windows. For interior glass we’ll agree access times with you in advance, so your team isn’t interrupted.
